Words from the General Manager
May this year bring new happiness, new goals, new achievements and a lot of new inspirations in your life. Wishing you a year fully loaded with happiness. Wishing every day of the new year to be filled with success, happiness and prosperity for you. Here’s wishing you all the joy of the season.
As we start our new year our golf & fitness experts are on hand to help you whether you need some 1 to 1 training or an updated programme. Pick up the new timetable from reception with both Carol and Sarah on hand to offer group exercise class advise.
This week, we have our first Members Week which includes some new class launches, various taster sessions happening in the gym, some educational and nutritional advice including some food and drink for you to try. We will also have some fun things for the children to get involved in too.
Sachin Rana our Food & Beverage Manager and Dave Hughes our Head Chef have some great new dishes and drinks ready for a healthier New Year. A traditional Burns Night is on the 25th January that includes a seven-course menu of cock a leekie soup, chard mackerel with horseradish and beets, lemon sorbet, haggis tatties & neeps, Atholl Brose, Castle Royle fillet steak with seasonal vegetables and red wine jus all finished off with cranachan… And of course the Bagpipes.
Our full years Golf programme has now been uploaded onto Intelligent Golf and Chip Butler can point you in the right direction for any competitions and social events that are happening. Keep an eye out for our Golf Shop Sale, which is happening during January, taking place in the Spike Bar.
“I hope that in this year to come, you make mistakes. Because if you are making mistakes, then you are making new things, trying new things, learning, living, pushing yourself, changing yourself, changing your world. You’re doing things you’ve never done before, and more importantly you’re doing something.”
Look forward to seeing you in this New Year 2020.
