Your Wellness Journey
Step 1: induction, this is where we will go through all your goals, do a small health check. We will also work with you to work out your own personal programme saved to your key.
Step 2: you will receive a welcome email to welcome you to the club and you then have a point of contact with your Wellness Advisor.
Step 3: 2 week review, where we will go through how you are getting on with the programme and if you are enjoying it. If there are any changes to be made we will do these.
Step 4: wellness phone call, you advisor will give you a call to see how you are getting on if you have not had your first review.
Step 5: 4 week review, in your second review you will have a small change up of your programme to keep you interested and motivated. The changes could be different exercises or different rep range and weight.
Step 6: 6 week review, in your third review you will have a complete change of your programme to help you keep seeing results!
