What is Swim Fit?

Swim Fit is an effective alternative way to exercise.

A plan designed to help you lose weight, tone up all the muscles in your body, improve cardiovascular fitness and improve swimming technique. Swim Fit will keep you motivated by offering a varied programme of structured workouts in a training group environment.

Improve your distance, time, technique and knowledge with an enthusiastic, fully qualified ASA Swimming Teacher.

The teacher will work with you to understand your goals and help you choose the appropriate level and programme to follow. You wil then be assisted with your swimming technique, breathing and elements of your programme to ensure you enjoy it and make the most of your session.
