Happy New Year from the Group Fitness Team at Castle Royle!

Our group exercise classes are a motivating and fun way to get active and stay active throughout the winter months. Each class is led by one of our super star instructors, who will help you exercise safely and get results for all fitness levels and abilities. 

Look out for the Les Mills class launches this January, dates can be found on the booking system or at the club reception. The launch showcases each programme, and is a great way to kick start your fitness. These programmes are results driven and challenge all levels and styles of fitness.

  • BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts
  • Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs
  • Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™ is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life
  •  Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories** along the way
  • LES MILLS GRIT Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle
  • LES MILLS GRIT Athletic is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sports conditioning workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete
  • LES MILLS GRIT Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn

Also new to the timetable for January, we’ve got express Les Mills programmes and Swim Fit! Swim Fit evening session start Wednesday 8th January, from 7.30-8.15pm.
