From the Health Club Manager


Can you believe it, I have been at Castle Royle a year already. 2018 was a great year for me at Castle Royle and looking forward to many more years, I have got to know so many of you and you have all made me very welcome.

As we know January is a busy time with setting new goals and lifestyle changes, I would like to encourage members who haven’t had a program change in the gym in the last 2 months to get yourself booked in. Regular chances to your workout can keep you motivated and with the support of the Wellness Team you can achieve what you put your mind to. This also goes out to those who haven’t stepped foot in the gym, Its doesn’t have to be a scary place. The team will personally tailor a program to suit you whether its just to walk/cycle or feel stronger they can advise you.

The Group fitness timetable has also been launched with a couple of new classes. Please remember that you can book in 7 days in advance, and you have 2 hours prior to the class to cancel. The reception team are doing their utmost to keep the classes full calling the waiting lists and managing the no shows.

Please don’t forget to look out for all the fun events we have got going on already this year, Quiz Nights the last Thursday of the Month, Sunday Lunch the last Sunday of the month, Phantom of the Opera in March, the Health Club 20th anniversary in May and the special offers we have each month that go out via email. They are a great way to meet fellow members and have some fun with the staff.
