Castle Royle Swim School

Swim School continues to thrive with many new youngsters joining us for the Spring Term 2020. It’s great to welcome new faces as well as continue to follow the development and progress of former pupils, many of whom are now swimming at County, Regional and National levels. This is testament indeed to the very high standard of teaching we provide here at Castle Royle. We have a team of 10 highly qualified and committed teachers who are dedicated to your child’s stroke development from the very earliest age.

Our Swim School offers lessons to suit all ages and abilities from baby through to pre-competitive swimmer following the ASA National Teaching Plan.

Operating hours are between 3pm-6pm Monday to Friday and 10.30am-5pm on Saturday.

There are a few remaining spaces for the Spring Term if your child would like to join. Please contact me if you would like further details on 07906 681346

Swim School Testimonials

“Alessandra, now in the top training group, started at Castle Royle when she was 1 ½, and has been swimming there ever since.

Her disability has always been positively dealt with and all the instructors she has had have always been fantastic, especially Sarah.

Swimming has been, and continues to be, incredibly important to her. Not just for fitness, but for enjoyment and self-esteem. She also swims in two other clubs – Electric Eels, which is a Downs Syndrome club, and Maidenhead Marlins. She competes for both clubs and gets huge satisfaction from any medals won. She has done 2 in-house Galas, and 2 open Galas in the last 2 months.” ~ Paul Plewman

“My children Santi (aged 2yrs) and Mila (aged 4yrs) have been swimming at Castle Royle for just one term and are both swimming independently. I was amazed and very happy that this happened so quickly

Mila had a massive issue with water. She genuinely was scared and hated getting her face wet… Not anymore!” ~ Francesca Hemani

“Raphael Odlin has quite literally dived into swimming thanks to Castle Royle Swim School and Vikki’s teaching. He’s a confident swimmer and absolutely loves every single lesson. As he’s now in year 2, he has also started swimming lessons at school. He’s quickly achieved 3 certificates and loves being top of the class!” ~ Sapna Odlin

“Verena is in the Training Group on Friday evening, she is 10 years old and easily swam 1km in her last 30-minute lesson. Having joined the Castle Royle Swim School at stage 5 in 2016 she has gained a lot of confidence in her swimming, in herself and her slightly competitive side comes out in lessons especially racing against the boys! We’ve been so impressed with Vikki, Hannah and Sarah as teachers for all 3 of our children “ ~ Helen Jordinson
