We can write 20 – 60 minute programmes in the gym so if you are not a regular gym user this could be perfect for you.
If the class you have booked in for is full or you are just generally short on time or ideas we are here to help you.
This is also a good opportunity to to get a programme that will compliment a class you are doing or any other external activities.

Personal Training
If you are looking to up your training then PT is perfect for that. If you want to be pushed or you are just coming back from injury we can offer you a great experience with our Personal training team.
All you need to do is pick a trainer, we have a few length of time you can book a session which are 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions. All will give you the outcome you are looking for.

I would just like to say a big thank you and well done to all that took part in the (Lose a pound challenge). We had some fantastic results from a lot of people.
Please keep a look out for more challenges coming soon. The more people we can get involved the more likely we are to keep pushing these challenges so if you didn’t take part in this one then we hope to see you in the next one.
